If you get a wireless Bluetooth mouse, you won’t have to spend a fortune.

The TeckNet brand is known for its durability and good build quality.

If you’re looking for an entry-level wireless mouse with Bluetooth, TeckNet is the way to go.

Why Opt for Wireless?

An increasing number of people are starting to appreciate the benefits of wireless Bluetooth connectivity.

This type of connectivity also includes the use of nano or Unifying receivers.

They require a USB port to connect the peripheral device like a mouse, a keyboard, or a set of headphones.

With the right brand, you don’t really need to worry too much about lags, delays, and dropouts.

Easy Setup

Setting up these optical mice is easy.

Also, you can be farther from a large monitor than the usual 6 feet afforded by the cable of a mouse.

Portable

A USB mouse is also much easier to bring along.

You won’t have to deal with a fussy wire that you have to coil every time you put your mouse inside your bag.

Convenient

Besides, even when you use a TeckNet Bluetooth mouse at home, the lack of a mouse cable keeps everything neat and tidy.

The Tru-Wave technology also great control over many surface offers types when you use the mouse.

5 Great TeckNet Bluetooth Mouse Options

TeckNet actually offers a wider range of mice options, and several of them offer wireless connectivity.

If you’re looking for a TeckNet Bluetooth mouse, check out some of these models.

1. TeckNet Classic 2.4G Portable Optical Wireless Mouse

“Robust Mouse with Thumb Buttons”

Our Rating: 4.5

Buy From Amazon

With this price, you’d think it was a very basic mouse.

But it offers quite a few more features than you’d expect in this price range.

Connectivity

Again, you have the nano receiver with this mouse, and you attach the receiver to the USB port of your computer.

It works on any Windows PC desktop, even an old one that uses the ancient Windows 2000 OS.

It works on Windows 10 too, and even on a Mac.

However, with the Mac you can’t use the side buttons on the mouse.

The wireless range is 15 meters (about 50 feet).

So if you’re using your large-screen TV as your monitor you won’t have to stand too near to it.

6 Buttons

This has the usual clickable scroll wheel, along with the left and right click buttons.

Just below the scroll wheel, there’s a button that lets you change the scroll speed on the fly.

To the side, you have 2 buttons for your thumb.

These buttons offer back and forward functions when you’re navigating online.

Mouse Speed Options

With the dpi  button on the mouse, you can instantly change the how quickly the cursor moves across your screen.

You can go slow for precise pixel editing, or go fast for games.

This offers 6 options for cursor speed, ranging from 800 dpi to 4,800 dpi.

The Tru-Wave precision offers you terrific control over the cursor.

Long-lasting Batteries

This needs 2 AA batteries, and you only get the mouse (batteries not included).

That’s not a big deal, since once you buy the 2 batteries you won’t need to buy new ones for about 2½ years.

This has a battery life indicator light, and you know the remaining battery life with battery indicator brightness.

This has a sleep mode and an automatic power-off function, and you can also just switch off the on/off switch yourself.

Natural Design

This doesn’t have a symmetrical shape, and rather it’s contoured to fit nicely in the natural holding position of your right hand.

It’s also obvious that it’s not for a left-handed person, as only a right-handed user can be able to use the left side buttons with the thumb.

The contours offer a better hold, plus the textured side offers better control.

Durability

The mouse should last for some time before the buttons fail.

They’re rated for 5 million clicks, which means it should last for years.

Easy to Carry

You can store the nano receiver at the back of the mouse, so you can carry the small mouse easily.

Then you can take out the receiver and stick it in any computer, and you can use it using your own mouse.

What We Like
  • 6 dpi settings
  • 2 extra thumb buttons
  • Great ergonomics
  • 15m range
  • 30-month battery lifespan
  • Buttons rated for 5 million clicks
Not So Good
  • Not for left-handed
  • Side buttons don’t work with Mac
  • A bit heavy

2. TeckNet Pro 2.4G

“Ergonomic 6-Button Mouse”

Our Rating: 4.5

Buy From Amazon

This is another portable TeckNet Bluetooth wireless mouse that uses a nano receiver, and the features are a bit different.

The differences may seem rather trivial, but it gives you a chance to get a TeckNet Bluetooth mouse with the exact features you want.

Connection OS

Again, this isn’t technically a TeckNet Bluetooth mouse, since it uses the nano receiver instead.

But you still enjoy the basically plug and play design.

This works with Windows (from Windows XP to Windows 10) and Linux computers.

It also works with your Notebook and Chromebook.

Once you’re done, you can connect to the receiver as long as the mouse is within 10 meters of the receiver.

DPI Speeds

With the button right under the scroll wheel, you can pick the cursor’s speed by picking the right dpi setting.

You have 5 dpi settings, starting at 800 dpi and going as high as 2600 dpi.

That way, you can manipulate the cursor quickly for gaming, or else go more slowly for photo editing.

Buttons

The main buttons are off course here for the left and right click, and they’re rated to last for 6 million clicks.

Even if you’re a gamer, that should last a while.

You also have 2 extra buttons on the left side of the mouse.

Size and Shape

The mouse isn’t really symmetrical, with the right side smaller to accommodate the smaller space made by your shorter fingers.

The left and right click buttons are a bit grooved, so your clicking fingers have nice spots to rest on.

The sides are curved and narrowed as well for a more natural grasp.

The sides are even textured, so if your hand is sweaty then your fingers won’t slide off easily.

You also have rest area at the right side for your little finger.

Not for the Left-Handed

The main issue here, though, is that it’s not the mouse for you if you’re left-handed.

It’s just for the right-handed.

Battery Savings

This has an indicator light on top to tell you when the mouse is active.

If you’re not using it, just switch it off (there’s an on/off switch underneath).

It does have an automatic smart sleep mode, which puts it to sleep to conserve power when you don’t use the mouse for a few minutes.

To wake it up, click on a button before you shake the mouse around.

Needs 2 AA Batteries

You have to buy your own batteries, but then you just need 2 AA batteries.

With normal use, you can expect up to 2 years of use before you have to replace the batteries.

The indicator light turns red when your battery power goes low.

Quite Durable

Despite the low price, this model isn’t flimsy at all.

The buttons are even rated to last up to 6 million clicks.

Not bad for the price.

What We Like
  • Plug and play
  • Wide compatibility
  • Rated for 6 million clicks
  • Automatic sleep mode
  • Two thumb buttons
  • Adjustable DPI
Not So Good
  • Not for the left-handed
  • Batteries not included
  • Extra buttons not working on Mac

3. TECKNET Omni Mini 2.4G Wireless Mouse

“Travel Mouse at Great Price”

Our Rating: 4.5

Buy From Amazon

This Bluetooth wireless is a basic model, based on the price.

But it doesn’t work and feel cheap at all.

Setup

It works with a small USB receiver, which you simply insert on the computer’s USB port.

It’s plug and play, and all you need to do is to pick the cursor speed.

You won’t need to install a driver, and you just need to keep the mouse within 10 meters of the receiver.

You can go with 1000, 1500, or 2000 dpi.

Just click the dpi button and you get a different dpi setting each time.

You do need a Windows machine (Vista to Windows 10), as it won’t work with a Mac.

Compact

The size is meant to be portable, which is one of the reasons why you probably wanted a wireless mouse in the first place.

This is barely bigger than a Visa card, so you don’t have any problem traveling with this.

It’s small enough to fit in your pocket, or in your bag.

You can also slide in the receiver in the battery compartment, so you won’t lose it when you take the mouse with you.

Ergonomic

Its shape is also symmetrical, so it works if you’re left-handed.

You have nicely contoured surfaces on the buttons and on the sides.

These sides are also textured for a surer grip.

Battery Power

You only need a single AA battery to power this, and you have to buy it yourself.

At least you can expect about 18 months before you need a new battery.

The mouse switches off automatically when you turn off the PC, or when you take out the receiver from the USB port.

Affordable Yet Durable

TeckNet mice last a good long while, which is surprising for such an affordable mouse.

The buttons are rated for 5.5 million clicks, and if you’re not a gamer then that should last for years.

What We Like
  • Affordable
  • Great for laptops
  • Easy setup
  • Long-lasting battery
  • Comfy shape
Not So Good
  • Not for a Mac
  • Loud clicks
  • Doesn’t have On/Off button

4. TeckNet 6868451 Wireless Mouse

“Serious Mouse for Adult Users”

Our Rating: 4.5

Buy From Amazon

This is another mouse that is technically not a TeckNet Bluetooth mouse.

This Bluetooth wireless mouse uses a nano receiver and Advanced 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connectivity, and this is actually more reliable.

The pairing is automatic, with the range at about 15 meters.

It won’t work beyond that range, but get back within range and it pairs again without any issues.

Dimensions

This one is a full-sized mouse, which works better when you have a larger adult hand.

It measures 4.41 inches long, 2.8 inches wide, and 1.63 inches high.

You have grooves one the side for better ergonomics, and it’s even symmetrical.

Working with Windows

This comes with side buttons on the left side, making this a right-handed mouse despite the symmetrical design.

However, these side buttons only work with Windows OS (From XP and Vista onwards) along with Linux.

It works with a Chromebook too, but the side buttons don’t work with a Mac.

If you still use this with a Mac, then it becomes a left-handed mouse.

DPI Button

There’s also a DPI button on the top of the mouse, right below the scroll wheel.

This lets you cycle through 6 different dpi settings.

These settings range from 800 dpi to 4,800 dpi.

That way, you’re quickly able to adjust the speed of the mouse in the middle of working or gaming.

Dependable Controls

The left and right click buttons are still there like always, along with the usual scroll wheel.

The clicks are crisp, and it’s not noisier than usual.

The buttons are meant to last for 5 million clicks.

The scroll wheel moves nicely, and so does the cursor across the screen.

The thumb buttons offer more convenient online navigation, as they work as your forward and back buttons when moving through web pages.

All the controls are nicely located, and it’s very easy to find and click the buttons you’re looking for.

Compact and Portable

While this is full-sized, the lack of a cable makes it much more portable.

Besides, you can always leave the nano receiver on your laptop, if that’s what you use it for.

But if you’re using this for a different computer, you can always store the nano receiver in its storage compartment right beside the mouse battery.

Efficient Battery Life

This uses 2 AA batteries, and you have to buy them separately since they’re not part of the purchase.

It’s really a minor inconvenience, since it’ll be a long while before you’ll need to buy another pair to replace them.

That’s because of the smart sleep mode that powers down the mouse after a few minutes of inactivity.

Just remember to click the mouse (and not just move it around) to wake it up from its sleep mode.

There’s also an on/off switch, which you may want to use once you’re done using the mouse.

What We Like
  • Great for larger hands
  • 6 dpi settings on the fly
  • Dependable connections
  • Reliable buttons and scroll wheel
  • Long battery life
  • Quite portable
Not So Good
  • Not fully compatible with a Mac
  • Not really for left-handed users
  • Fingerprints stay on the mouse

5. TeckNet Silent Wireless Mouse

“Affordable, Highly Reliable and Quiet”

Our Rating: 4.5

Buy From Amazon

Click mouse buttons can be rather noisy, especially in certain circumstances.

Perhaps you’ve woken up a dormmate or partner with your clicking, when you’re working and they’re sleeping.

You may have received annoyed glares in a library or a coffee shop, when you use your laptop with the mouse.

But this TeckNet Bluetooth mouse solves the problem, and also offers a long list of advantages

Mouse-Clicking Silence

TeckNet designers paid particular attention to the design of the click buttons.

They’ve managed to reduce up to 90% of the noise you normally get when clicking a mouse button.

This means you should now be able to work with your mouse without disturbing the people around you.

Now you can work late at night without waking people up.

It’s also great for business meetings, as the loud clicking noise won’t be a distraction.

You may want to pair this with a wireless keyboard that’s also not too noisy, either.

Button Durability

Of course, it would be a bit ironic if you get button silence because the buttons malfunction and won’t click anymore.

That won’t happen to these TeckNet buttons, since they’re designed to work for about 5 million clicks.

That’s tough enough even for gaming.

Low Power Consumption

This actually uses only a single AA battery, though you’d have to get one separately.

That single battery offers up to 1½ years of power, and there’s an LED indicator light to tell you when it’s time for a new battery.

You have an automatic shutoff feature here, with the mouse powering down after a few minutes of inactivity.

Don’t be alarmed if you move the mouse and it still plays dead.

You have to reactivate it with a click, and pressing any button will do.

Available Buttons

Yes, you have your scroll wheel here and the left and right click buttons.

The scroll wheel has mild gradients so you can click slowly, but you can click quickly as well when scrolling down through a long document.

On the left side, you have the thumb buttons for back and forward online navigation.

The button placement makes this a right-handed mouse despite the symmetrical design.

Comfortable Size

The size is not too big but not too small either.

It’s just right, with a length of 4.2 inches, 2.5 inches for width, and 1.5 inches for height.

The contours on the side and the overall shape make this comfortable to hold and use.

The surface of the mouse even reduces fingerprint issues for better aesthetics.

3 DPI Settings

If you don’t need much higher dpi settings, then the 3 available dpi settings here should be enough.

The dpi button here lets you pick from 1000, 1500, and 2000 dpi settings.

That way, you’re able to adjust the cursor sensitivity on the fly.

Plug and Play

This works nicely with any Windows machine, and even with Mac OS v10.4 and higher.

Just plug in the receiver in the computer or laptop USB port, and the mouse pairs up automatically without any driver issues.

You can then use this for any PC on the road, as the nano receiver can be stored inside the mouse itself when you’re on the road.

Rated for 5 Million Clicks

This wireless mouse doesn’t just quit easily, as it’s quite tough.

Even the mouse buttons are rated for 5 million clicks.

Make that 5 million silent clicks.

What We Like
  • Ridiculously easy and fast setup
  • Battery works a long time
  • Unbeatable cost to function ratio
  • Silent clicks
  • Durable buttons
  • Comfy to hold
Not So Good
  • Not for left-handed
  • Only 3 dpi settings
  • No On/Off button

TeckNet Bluetooth Mouse: Conclusion

It’s actually a misnomer to call any of these wireless mice a TeckNet Bluetooth mouse.

They all use nano receivers for Wi-Fi connectivity, so none of them can be called a wireless Bluetooth mouse.

But that’s a good thing, because plenty of people always encounter issues with their Bluetooth device connectivity.

With these mice, you always get reliable connections and terrific performance for the price.

Get the right TeckNet Bluetooth mouse, and enjoy hassle-free setup, seamless reliable performance, dependable durability, and low costs!
